Up to 18 months ahead, which is how far out many couples book a May to October Saturday, and at least 24 hours before the session, so there's time to send the payment. Family, maternity and headshot sessions usually have openings within two weeks.

Choose the hours of coverage: 6 hours suits a smaller day, 8 hours covers getting ready to the first dances, and 10 hours takes you from the first button to the last song. A Mehndi or sangeet evening adds two hours the night before. The wedding collections put the engagement session or the mehndi with the wedding day for less. Not sure yet? 30% of the total, and it holds your date. It's non-refundable, because the date can't go to another couple once it's yours, but if you reschedule at least 48 hours ahead it moves to the new date.

14 days before the wedding. We'll remind you by email and text 21 days and 16 days before, with a link to pay by card and the details for e-Transfer.

Congratulations, and yes, we can often help. Because the balance would already be due, wedding bookings made less than 14 days ahead are paid in full when you book.

For most weddings over 150 guests, or when both of you are getting ready in different places, yes. Dev covers the other side of the aisle and the guests while portraits happen. Add him as the Second photographer add-on when you book.

Reschedule from the Manage my booking link in your email at least 48 hours before, and your retainer and anything else you've paid moves with you. For a date further off, reply to your booking email and we'll find one together. See our booking terms.

Engagement, family, maternity, headshot and newborn sessions take a 50% deposit, and the rest is paid on the day. Consultation calls are free and need no deposit.

By e-Transfer to the email address in your booking email, which takes 3% off the whole booking, or by card with the Pay by card button (it confirms straight away). For e-Transfers, put your booking code in the message (it looks like FF-7K3QX) so we can match it.

Within 24 hours of booking, or 2 hours before the session if that's sooner. If it hasn't arrived by then, the time is released for someone else.

We confirm by email and text: straight away for card payments, and usually within about 10 minutes of an e-Transfer arriving. Forgot the code in the message? Reply to your booking email and we'll match it by hand.

Yes. Brampton and Peel are included. The wider GTA adds a flat $75, and venues beyond it (Niagara, cottage country) add $250. It's one fee per booking, shown in your total before you pay anything, and the address is asked for when you book.

Somewhere that feels like you: your home, a favourite park, the street where you met. Not sure? We'll send a few location ideas with your confirmation. If a venue or park has its own rules for photography, let us know in the Anything else box.

Newborn sessions and headshots are always in the studio. Maternity sessions can be in the studio or outdoors. Weddings, engagements and family sessions happen on location.

Yes, and the light is worth it. Start times from 6 AM can be booked online, Tuesday to Sunday. A start before 7 AM adds a $150 sunrise fee, shown before you confirm.

For outdoor sessions we watch the forecast together, and you can move the date for free up to the morning of the session. Weddings go ahead in any weather; rain portraits are often the best ones.

Colours that go together rather than match: two or three soft tones, with texture (knits, linen, a flowing dress) instead of big logos or busy prints. Bring two or three outfits, pressed and on hangers.

Book around naps, bring snacks and a favourite toy, and don't worry about perfect behaviour. The best family photos are usually the ones where everyone forgot we were there.

Bring two or three tops in solid colours, and wear what you'd wear to an important meeting. We'll look at the favourites together before you leave.

During pregnancy, with a date around your due date. The session is best in the first two weeks after birth, so when the baby arrives, message us and we'll move the date to fit.

Up to three hours in a warm studio, at the baby's pace: feeding and cuddles between photos, a few wraps and simple setups, then photos with the family. Anaya photographs and Leena helps with settling and wraps. We keep it simple and safe, with a hand always within reach.

Everything you need for feeding, a spare outfit for the baby (and for you), and a dummy if you use one. We have the wraps and blankets.

A handful of sneak peeks within 48 hours, and the full hand-edited gallery within three weeks. Need them sooner? Add Full gallery in 7 days when you book.

In a private online gallery, shared only with the people you send the link to. You can download everything in full resolution and share it with family.

Yes. Sessions can add a fine-art set of ten prints, and weddings an heirloom album of about 30 pages, designed from your gallery and approved by you before it's printed.

Use the Manage my booking link in your booking email, or go to Manage my booking and enter your email and booking code. You can move your session yourself up to 48 hours before it starts, and your retainer or deposit moves with it.

For sessions: cancel at least 48 hours ahead and we refund your deposit minus a $25 fee (to your card, or by e-Transfer if you paid that way). Wedding retainers are non-refundable, but rescheduling keeps them.

Please reply to your booking email or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed sessions, mean the deposit is kept.

Bundles put several sessions together for less: an engagement or mehndi with the wedding day, a baby's first year, three family sessions or five headshots. They're paid in full and valid for a year. Book each session with your bundle code (it looks like FP-7K3QX). Add-ons, travel and sunrise fees are paid at each session.

A family, baby or headshot session cancelled at least 48 hours ahead goes back on your bundle. Wedding collection sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice but aren't refunded. Bundles themselves can't be refunded.

Yes: 1 point for every dollar spent at completed sessions and on bundles. Every 100 points is $5 off your next booking, taken at the studio. See your points in My account.
