    The times shown are the photographer's real open slots. Weddings hold the whole day; sessions take the hour you choose.

    Hold it with a retainer

    Pay by e-Transfer (3% off, matched automatically) or by card. The retainer comes off your total; you get the agreement by email at once.

    Plan it together

    Your confirmation has the prep guide and location ideas, and a reminder arrives the day before. Weddings get balance reminders too.

    Sneak peeks, then the gallery

    A handful of favourites within 48 hours, and the full hand-edited gallery within three weeks, ready to download and share.

Behind the camera

Hi, I'm Anaya. I'll be the one quietly in the corner.

I photograph about thirty weddings a year and a few hundred families, mostly in Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto. I would rather catch your grandmother laughing than line everyone up for the fifth time.

Every wedding is shot by me, with a second photographer when the day needs one. Newborn sessions happen in the studio, warm and slow, and headshots take half an hour on your lunch break.

How far ahead should we book?

Weddings, 9 to 15 months ahead for May to October Saturdays. Family, maternity and headshot sessions usually have openings within two weeks. Newborn sessions are best booked during pregnancy, then moved to the first two weeks after birth.

What happens to the retainer if we cancel?

A wedding retainer is kept as the cancellation fee, because the date cannot be resold that late; the booking terms set out exactly when. Session deposits are refunded minus $25 with 48 hours' notice, or moved to a new date for free.

Do you travel?

Brampton and Peel are included. The wider GTA adds a flat $75, and venues beyond it (Niagara, cottage country) add $250. The fee is shown in your total before you pay anything.

What if it rains on our session?

For outdoor sessions we watch the forecast together, and you can move the date for free up to the morning of the session. Weddings go ahead in any weather; rain portraits are often the best ones.
